Dean Dickschat is the Worship Leader at Crosspoint Church and has been since October of 2002. He was born in Navasota, Texas where most of his family still resides. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Marketing. He became involved in music ministry in 1996 at Trinity Presbyterian Church in McKinney at the complete nagging of his Pastor to help start a contemporary service. Dean thanks Patrick for his persistence to this very day! He has learned from this that God places people in our path to influence us and to help us find HIS will for our lives.

Dean plans on being at Crosspoint until his days as a worship leader are done which will probably coincide with the day that no one wants to hear him sing anymore.

He also has a real job as the owner of EverCom Printing, Ad Specialties, and Supplies, Inc. and tries very hard not to let his job get in the way of his passion - leading people into a deeper relationship with our Savior.

David Monroe was born and raised in Plano, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M (Gig' em) in 1995.  Immediately after graduation David began work with Baskin Family Camps. In 1997 David married Terra and together they moved to Dallas where David began working as a teacher and coach at Providence Christian School. He taught Theology and coached basketball for 4 years. In 2001, David moved over to Cistercian Prep School where he worked as the School's Business Manager, varsity Cross-country coach and assistant Varsity Basketball coach.

In 2003, David decided that he wanted to continue to work with teenagers, but he felt called to do this within a church ministry. David began work as the Student Minister for Crosspoint Church in July of 2003.  David is currently living in McKinney with his wife and daughter. They enjoy all outdoor activities - camping, hiking, and running.  Occasionally he can be found competing in triathlons and mountain bike races. When he is not hanging with his family or ministering to students, David can be found enjoying a Dallas Mavericks game! Go MAVS!

David Jordan joined Crosspoint Church in October 2009 as Minister of Adult Ministries and Administration.  David was born in Belen, New Mexico and moved to Dallas, Texas when he was in first grade.  David met his wife, Kim, while in college at Louisiana Tech University.  Married 25 years, they have two children, Ryan and Kathryn.  David grew up in a strong Christian family and professed his faith at nine years of age.  After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Administration, David joined the corporate world in 1987.  After over twenty years in business, David listened to what he had heard for many years, sold his insurance agency and turned to vocational ministry.  He has a passion for adult education and men's ministries.  David is also actively involved in the Emmaus Community.  His guidance can be found in 2 Corinthians 5:20.   "We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God."
